Product Description
The RHF0M302B Mini-PCIE gateway module is a high-performance LoRa/ LoRaWAN gateway module based on Semtech SX1302. SX1302 is a new generation of high-speed LoRa gateway baseband processing chip that can handle higher capacity data transmission and reception, integrate 16 different LoRa demodulation engines, and support high-speed spreading factors SF5 and SF6. The RHF0M302B Mini-PCIE gateway module contains a high-performance RF front end, including a low-noise amplifier LNA, a power amplifier PA, and an RF switch. The communication interface uses an SPI interface. The small size and standardized Mini-PCIE package help customers easily develop their own multi-channel LoRa/LoRaWAN gateway.

The RHF0M302B Mini-PCIE interface 8-channel LoRa® gateway module is a high-performance small-size module with Semtech's LoRaWAN® gateway chip SX1302 built-in, dedicated to wireless sensing, automatic metering and other IOT applications. RHF0M302B gateway module can help users quickly design their own LoRaWAN® gateway. The working frequency bands supported by RHF0M302B gateway module are: 470~510MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz. Meet the needs of users in various regions.
